Overview In this role you will lead the One Infrastructure-focused Business Center in the Mountain/Southwest region, driving growth and market position. You will act as both seller and doer, shaping pursuits and delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions. You'll manage client relationships, guide market strategy, and collaborate across geographies to win major projects. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development to advance Stantec's integrated practice. You will be pivotal in achieving organic BC growth and elevating client satisfaction through proactive leadership and execution.
Responsibilities- Achieve BC sales goals
- Develop and execute market growth strategies
- Maintain understanding of market opportunities and trends
- Win new projects with key clients
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships
- Assess and pursue new markets and clients
- Increase external visibility and industry presence
- Exceed client expectations through account management and lead major client accounts
- Meet marketing and BD goals with cross-selling focus
- Monitor and respond to client feedback; drive action plans
- Lead pursuits and campaigns for major BC opportunities
- Drive client relationship strategy to improve satisfaction
- Manage net revenue forecasts
- Contribute to winning strategies and direct BD activities
- Develop and manage BC BD plan including cross-selling
- Increase BC visibility through knowledge sharing and innovation stories
- Maintain opportunity pipeline and optimize BD plans and utilization
- Develop and maintain Stantec's Integrated Practice within the BC
- Oversee QAQC, design excellence, and technical quality in project delivery
Key requirements- Bachelor in related field
- Minimum 10 years of related work, leadership, business development and consulting experience
