Overview As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will drive external financial reporting and technical accounting for a public company. You will collaborate across Finance to support SEC filings, improve reporting processes, and modernize the reporting environment. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate disclosures and timely audit responses. The role combines hands-on reporting with policy development and stakeholder partnership, in a hybrid Minneapolis setting.

Responsibilities- Prepare and review quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support Investor Relations with earnings materials and disclosures
- Collaborate with owners and cross-functional teams to improve financial and non-financial data accuracy
- Utilize and optimize Workiva and Oracle for reporting processes
- Research technical accounting matters and document conclusions
- Draft accounting policies and document significant transactions
- Fulfill external audit requests accurately and on time
- Serve as a proactive partner providing consistent reporting across departments
- Lead non-recurring finance projects as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of public accounting or 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and U.S. GAAP
- Experience with public company financial reporting preferred
- CPA (active or inactive) preferred
- Experience with Workiva, Oracle, and/or Intelligize preferred
