Overview In this Senior Manager role within CFO Advisory, you lead cross-functional teams to solve finance and accounting challenges for clients, guiding engagement delivery and client relationships. You'll help win new engagements through scoping and proposals, while mentoring staff and shaping firm programs. You'll collaborate with partners and managers to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

- Engage with senior client personnel and cross-disciplinary teams to support delivery
- Identify opportunities for service expansion across the firm and pursue new engagements

- Contribute to proposal development and presentations to win engagements
- Mentor and develop managers and senior staff, supporting staff retention and growth
- Drive profitability and collections objectives aligned with engagement risk and staffing
- Support firm-wide initiatives and cross-service collaboration to maximize client impact
Key requirements- Eight (8+) years' experience in a large accounting firm (audit, financial advisory, or transaction services)
- Five (5)+ years' supervisory experience and mentoring
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline-management skills
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with ability to generate data-driven insights
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting analyses to management
- Ability to build relationships with senior client personnel and participate in executive discussions
