Overview As Director of Product Marketing, you own the messaging and go-to-market for Rippling's Platform, including Rippling AI and developer offerings. You translate broad product scope into a clear, differentiated narrative that resonates with technical and business buyers. You lead end-to-end launches, enable field teams, and shape the storytelling that connects product, data, and AI to customer value. You work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive a coherent distribution strategy and measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role in a fast growing company shaping how organizations manage HR, IT, and Finance in one system.

Responsibilities- Own the platform positioning and continuous refinement of the core value proposition (including data and AI offerings)
- Craft and deploy the differentiating AI narrative and proof points
- Lead end-to-end launch strategy with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Enablement, Demand Gen, Content)
- Develop field-ready enablement: talk tracks, battlecards, demo narratives, and proof points
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and drive product-to-launch processes
- Build and manage a high-performing PMM team and establish operating cadence
- Define and monitor messaging and launch metrics to measure effectiveness
Key requirements- 8+ years of B2B product marketing, with experience in platform, data, or AI products
- Proven ability to build clear narratives for technical/platform products and translate to messaging for technical and business buyers
- Experience leading and developing PMM teams in fast-growth environments
- Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership
- Experience creating field enablement and competitive positioning
