You will support sales activities, assist with community events, and provide driver coverage as needed. The position involves hosting events and collaborating with the team to drive leasing and guest experiences. This opportunity lets you shape resident experiences while contributing to community liveliness and revenue.
Responsibilities- Manage leasing processes for apartments and related duties
- Provide relief transportation/driver coverage as needed
- Assist with decorating and preparation for community events and holidays
- Host events such as Steak Nights and Sunday Brunch
- Support leasing-related activities and cross-functional tasks as needed
Key requirements- Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel experience
