Overview In this role you will lead the content strategy and execution that fuels demand across the funnel. You'll shape how content blends thought leadership with conversion-focused assets to address customer needs and cut through a noisy market. Partner with product marketing, sales, and regional teams to ensure content aligns with priorities and drives measurable engagement. Responsibilities- Build and lead a team of 4-6 writers/editors; manage agency partners to improve AI fluency and output quality
- Architect demand-gen content strategies by synthesizing customer feedback, search and AI trends, and product messaging to map content to company priorities
- Set the pace on AI in content creation and establish repeatable, responsible practices
- Maintain high creative and editorial standards across all asset types and formats
- Develop marquee anchor assets (long-form reports, web pages, video scripts) for quality and strategic alignment
- Sharpen promotional content (email, social, paid) for brand voice and engagement
- Influence across the organization by prioritizing audience-first content while balancing business objectives
- Present strategy and results to senior leadership with clear insights and next steps
- Analyze performance using engagement metrics and manage workflows in Asana and Workfront
Key requirements- 8-10 years in content strategy/content marketing
- Proven track record building full-funnel content strategies that drive demand
