Overview In this role you will serve as the tax expert for clients in the Construction sector, coordinating all tax-related activities with partner oversight. You will build and manage strong client relationships, deliver high-quality tax guidance, and help shape service delivery and processes within a collaborative team. Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including review meetings
- Contribute to development of processes and infrastructure to service clients
- Analyze client financial information and devise advanced tax strategies
- Manage all aspects of client relationships
- Lead new client prospecting, design presentations, and lead closing meetings
- Develop and mentor staff through training and feedback
- Manage engagement risk and financial performance including billings, collections, and budgets
Key requirements- 6+ years of public accounting experience with a primary focus on tax
- Ability to supervise others
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, JD, or successful completion of the CPA exam
