Overview In this role you will own the day-to-day administration of Xactly Incent and manage global incentive programs to ensure accurate, timely results. You will lead annual compensation plan implementations and maintain letters and plan-related documents, partnering with Revenue Operations and the Global Compensation Director. You will train employees and managers on compensation, produce insightful incentive analyses, and ensure GAAP-aligned processes across HR, Finance, and Payroll. You will help improve data quality, controls, and downstream finance activities while supporting month- and quarter-end close. Responsibilities- Own day-to-day administration of Xactly Incent, including participant data, access, plan assignments, configuration, data uploads, and global incentive plan maintenance
- Lead annual implementation of all compensation plans in Xactly Incent with Revenue Operations and Global Compensation Director, including configuration, validation, testing, approvals, and plan-year readiness
- Oversee compensation plan letter administration, including preparation, issuance, and maintenance
- Provide onboarding and training on compensation plans, statements, and incentive calculations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders on compensation matters
- Manage recurring commission calculations from data validation to final approval, ensuring timely delivery to Payroll
- Investigate discrepancies and prepare true-ups and corrections
- Partner with Revenue Analyst on GAAP compliance as it relates to compensation processes
- Produce reporting on incentive attainment, commissions, payments, and reconciliation status; analyze large datasets for trends and explanations
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of Xactly Incent data against Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance systems
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, improve controls, and support month-end and quarter-end close including commissions accruals
Key requirements- Hands-on experience administering Xactly Incent and global compensation programs
- Experience performing commission calculations, reconciliations, variance analysis, adjustments, and audit support
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, Sales Operations, Legal, Payroll
- Ability to create repeatable processes, maintain documentation, and handle confidential compensation data
