Overview In this role you drive customer success by designing and delivering scalable, secure AWS solutions, including GenAI/ML workloads, across complex enterprise environments. You engage with stakeholders, guide migration and implementation, and mentor teams while shaping AI-native deliverables. You act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and best practices, delivering measurable business outcomes through AWS services.

Responsibilities- Design, implement and scale GenAI and ML applications on AWS tailored to customer needs
- Deliver AI-native artifacts and custom AI tools for clients
- Provide technical guidance throughout project delivery and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define model training, building, and deployment strategies
- Advise customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor and share knowledge within the organization to create reusable artifacts
- Navigate complex customer relationships and build trust to solve business problems
Key requirements- 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management (security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA)
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
