Responsibilities- Design and build new insurance coverage forms and expand into new geographies from concept through regulatory approval and rollout
- Push the boundaries of product, pricing, and underwriting sophistication with disciplined execution
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability while enabling scalable growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, underwriting, claims, marketing, and leadership in person
- Leverage technology to modernize product design and maintain market leadership in product sophistication
- Monitor and optimize product performance using financial, operational, and customer metrics to refine offerings
Key requirements- 10+ years of insurance industry experience (underwriting, claims, or product)
- 2+ years direct insurance product management experience with expertise in property insurance fundamentals (property preferred)
- Builder mindset with ability to navigate competing priorities and balance growth with profitability
- Strong technical fluency and ability to apply technology to product design and delivery
- Track record of innovation and execution in bringing sophisticated insurance products to market
