Overview In this role you will protect and grow a designated commercial book by building strong client relationships and guiding coverage decisions. You will manage renewals, oversee policy administration, and identify gaps to best serve client needs. You will work with teammates and partners to ensure compliance and drive book growth through referrals. Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and teammates to drive retention and new business
- Lead renewal process for assigned book of business
- Oversee administrative tasks including issuance of certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and processing policies/endorsements
- Identify gaps in coverage and advise client and prospective clients with options; work through complex coverage needs
- Review and document internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements, and certificates to ensure understanding of client expectations, legal requirements, and insurance operations
- Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals
- Support marketing and sales teams
- Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
Key requirements- TX General Agents license
- 4+ years' service/retail general agency experience
- AMS 360 & ImageRight (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
