Overview As Director of Product, you will shape Ceribell's product strategy across software, hardware, and UI to address unmet needs in acute care. You'll translate insights from market research into validated opportunities and business cases, guiding roadmaps and cross-functional execution from R&D to design. You'll work closely with executive leadership to maximize market impact and ensure product opportunities align with the company's mission. Responsibilities- Market assessment to understand dynamics, opportunities, and unmet needs across customers, patients, and payors
- Identify and validate new product opportunities and improvements, building business cases including pricing and margins
- Define product roadmaps, milestones, and decision points aligning with the company roadmap
- Champion cross-functional alignment to drive roadmap adoption and support R&D, Design, and Data Science
- Collaborate with Clinical Affairs on study design and evidence strategy for products under development
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned by management
Key requirements- Bachelor in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years in product management/strategy or management consulting, healthcare/medtech preferred
- Familiarity with FDA pathways (e.g., 510(k and clinical evidence requirements
- Proven cross-functional leadership and experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic directives
- Excellent verbal and written communication with executive stakeholders
