Responsibilities- Grow revenue within assigned geography and achieve product goals
- Develop an annual business plan and Account Plan documents
- Maintain a prospective business report and pipeline for closing accounts
- Conduct market research and identify/target prospects; use sales automation tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as trusted advisor to clients
- Engage in joint/global client opportunities with other Account teams
- Represent ADP with high ethical standards and professionalism
Key requirements- 5+ years of sales experience
- College degree not required (degree optional)
- Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is a plus
- Military experience acceptable for relevant skills
