Overview In this role you drive manufacturing and distribution excellence for Groeneveld-BEKA, leading both salaried and hourly teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will champion Lean and continuous improvement to streamline operations and build high-performing teams. The position sits at the intersection of production, logistics, and process optimization, partnering across functions to meet customer demand. You will shape operational culture, safety adherence, and measurable performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Cultivate a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety programs and standards
- Oversee quality control processes to uphold high product delivery standards
- Manage operating KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost) and workforce planning
- Control operational budgets, P&L performance, and cost management initiatives
- Drive Lean implementation and continuous improvement across operations
- Mentor teams in problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations while modeling company values
Key requirements- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, assembly, or distribution leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of driving operational performance and efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills with influence across levels
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience (Black Belt preferred)
