Overview

In this role you will support the HR department by handling day-to-day admin workflows and maintaining data integrity across HRIS/ATS platforms. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and help ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding. You will contribute to HR programs, reporting, and content maintenance to keep information accurate. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to support a people-first culture and help scale HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manages HR workflows across UKG, ICIMS, and other platforms
  • Monitors Zendesk inquiries and routes questions to the right teams
  • Maintains associate records and processes changes (offers, approvals, movement)
  • Maintains job titles, codes, and descriptions with compliance considerations
  • Audits data, generates reports, and shares insights with stakeholders
  • Develops HR content and resources for programs
  • Keeps HR content up-to-date on internal communications platforms
  • Researches best practices to support compliant HR processes
  • Performs backup support for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits
  • Supports pre-employment processes and E-Verify in collaboration with HR teams
  • Assists with HR compliance, unemployment, and personnel files
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; experience may substitute for education
  • Minimum of 1 year related HR experience
  • Experience with UKG or similar HRIS preferred
  • Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong organizational, time management, project management, and customer service skills
