Overview

As Director, US Regional Marketing, you drive integrated commercial strategies to accelerate growth across ENT and Instruments. You partner with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to shape market development, product launches, and competitive positioning in the US. You lead a portfolio marketing team and shape training, education, and society engagement to maximize impact. You'll operate at scale, balancing long-term strategy with Execution to deliver sustained revenue growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the US commercial marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives, including forecasting and performance reviews for assigned portfolios.
  • Lead multi-year commercial plans to grow market share and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs to inform strategy and enhance sales performance.
  • Direct commercialization strategies for new products and portfolio expansions; drive positioning, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Ensure launch readiness with training, demand generation, customer engagement, and activation plans.
  • Build deep knowledge of decision makers and relationships with KOLs, societies, and strategic customers; oversee society meetings and events.
  • Partner with sales to create programs that drive pipeline, utilization, and account growth; support contracting, pricing, and market access.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards; leverage analytics and CRM data to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing team; foster accountability, collaboration, and ethics.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with FDA regulations and company policies; collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Clinical teams.
Key requirements
  • 15+ years total experience; 10+ years in progressive medical device/healthcare marketing.
  • 3+ years of people leadership.
  • Proven track record leading US commercial marketing strategies for medical devices.
  • Experience launching new products and driving adoption in complex healthcare markets.
  • Strong revenue growth, market share gains, and commercial excellence.
  • Experience partnering with field sales and executive leadership.
  • Understanding of hospital economics, value-based purchasing, and procurement processes; familiarity with reimbursement and market access.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
