Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end bid process from initial inquiry to final proposal
- Build repeatable bidding systems with structured workflows and decision frameworks
- Develop accurate cost and price models for complex additive-manufactured parts
- Act as technical-commercial translator to assess manufacturability and propose alternatives
- Support the sales cycle with technical credibility in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Key requirements- 5+ years in technical bidding, sales engineering, or application engineering in contract manufacturing/additive manufacturing
- Strong hands-on manufacturing knowledge including welding, machining, heat treatment, post-processing
- Ability to interpret engineering documents and translate customer requirements into internal specifications
- Structured process builder with excellent communication skills
- Cross-functional orchestrator capable of aligning engineering, operations, and commercial teams
