Associate Director, Product Management - AIM XR (IQVIA Digital)

In this senior role, you will lead a portfolio of data-driven personalization products that connect IQVIA's data and analytics to healthcare marketing outcomes. You'll own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for audience and personalization solutions across HCPs and consumers. You will partner with engineering and data science to turn complex datasets into scalable, client-facing products that drive engagement and measurable business impact. This role combines data, analytics, and marketing technology to push personalization capabilities across channels and client segments.

• Define and execute the roadmap for a portfolio of personalization and audience products (behavioral insights, HCP profiling, audience modeling)
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to build SaaS-based solutions within a broader martech ecosystem
• Translate clinical, behavioral, and engagement data into productized insights and targeting solutions
• Engage with pharma clients, agencies, and internal teams to validate product-market fit and prioritize features
• Support go-to-market with positioning, packaging, and pricing; drive adoption and revenue growth
• Ensure privacy, compliance, and consent standards across products
• Act as the connective layer across product, engineering, data science, and commercial teams
• Drive cross-functional alignment in a matrixed organization
• Incorporate feedback loops to evolve the roadmap and product offerings

• 8-12+ years in product management with data-driven or platform-based product experience
• Background in marketing technology, data/analytics platforms, or healthcare/regulatory industries (preferred)
• Experience with audience segmentation and targeting products, behavioral data, and digital engagement signals
• Experience with AI/ML or predictive modeling in practical applications
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product value propositions
