Overview In this role you help shape the future of finance by leading SAP Treasury transformations for clients, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize treasury functions. You will drive advisory, solution design, and end-to-end delivery across SAP Treasury modules, and mentor multi-workstream teams. The work blends strategic client engagement with hands-on implementation to elevate treasury operations and enable data-driven, tech-enabled finance. This is a high-impact role at a firm focused on transformation and scalable delivery.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted SAP Treasury SME across SAP Cash Management, SAP In-House Cash, SAP TRM, and banking/connectivity
- Lead client pursuits, shape solution strategy, and support proposals and client presentations
- Own and deliver complex SAP Treasury engagements from assessment through go-live and stabilization
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple workstreams with accountability and execution excellence
- Advise on treasury operating model design, process improvements, and transformation opportunities
- Serve as a senior advisor across concurrent engagements to ensure quality and consistent delivery
- Contribute to eminence, marketplace activation, and practice development
- Develop tools, assets, and accelerators to strengthen delivery consistency
- Apply project economics skills including staffing, forecasting, delivery governance, and risk management
Key requirements- BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of consulting or corporate treasury experience with strong SAP Treasury focus
- 5+ years in a management, lead, or senior SME role
- Experience across SAP Treasury implementation lifecycle (design through deployment and stabilization)
- Minimum 5 full cycle/design-deliver S/4HANA treasury implementations with hands-on work
- Deep knowledge in SAP Cash Management, SAP In-House Cash, SAP TRM, BCM, bank connectivity, EBS, liquidity, treasury controls
- Experience leading treasury transformations and SAP Treasury solution design
- Ability to lead teams and advise senior stakeholders
- Ability to travel 40%
