Responsibilities- Lead credit discussions and negotiate loan structures
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of all documents (CAMs, loan docs, etc.)
- Steer requests from origination to booking within the team
- Develop Underwriters and Associates
- Collaborate with other bank areas to support the team
- Drive portfolio growth and help the team achieve financial goals
- Build trust with clients through proactive communication and service
- Support risk management by adhering to policies and identifying potential risks
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Commercial Banking Officer I: 4+ years in commercial lending (sales)
- Commercial Banking Officer II: 5+ years in commercial lending (sales) and 1+ year of team leadership
- Commercial Banking Officer III: 6+ years in commercial lending (sales) and 2+ years of team leadership
- Senior Commercial Banking Officer: 7+ years in commercial lending (sales) and 3+ years of team leadership
