Responsibilities- Identify and source prospective clients with lending and financial services needs
- Present Fulton's value proposition and coordinate loan, deposit, and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead credit underwriting, documentation, and closing for loan opportunities
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide annual relationship reviews
- Analyze clients' business models and cash flows to tailor banking solutions
- Leverage industry knowledge to expand network and generate prospects
- Support portfolio revenue growth and achievement of sales targets within risk limits
- Mentor less experienced bankers and collaborate with partners on joint business development
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 9+ years in commercial credit/banking or related fields
- 4+ years managing a large, complex client portfolio
- Strong knowledge of businesses, markets, and financial concepts
- Proven ability to establish and grow business relationships
- Self-directed with sound judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
