Overview In this role you will identify opportunities to streamline workflows and QA processes for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) usage, ensuring precise and efficient CMS operations. You will work closely with marketing, localization, and IT teams to support multilingual content workflows and timely web releases. The role blends hands-on AEM work with cross-functional collaboration to improve publishing and asset validation. Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance AEM usage
- Improve QA processes and cross-browser/device validation
- Troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues within AEM
- Manage multilingual website updates and localized content workflows
- Familiar with DAMs for asset publishing and validation
- Collaborate with marketing, localization, and IT teams
- Support web releases or sprint-based publishing schedules
- Utilize and track issues through project management tools
Key requirements- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Proven ability to troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues in AEM
- Attention to detail with QA across browsers/devices
- Experience managing multilingual website updates and localization workflows
- Familiarity with DAMs for asset publishing and validation
- Strong organizational and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration
- Experience supporting web releases or sprint-based publishing schedules
