Overview

In this role you drive the design and delivery of learning programs across professional, technical, leadership, and onboarding topics to support the business. You will collaborate with learning leaders and stakeholders to create engaging, blended experiences and measure impact. You'll manage multiple initiatives end-to-end while partnering with SMEs, and you will explore how generative AI can enhance learning design and outcomes. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape development programs in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with learning leaders and stakeholders to develop, deliver, and assess training programs across professional, technical, leadership, and onboarding topics
  • Design customized learning experiences using workshops, coaching sessions, simulations, guides, and other blended formats
  • Facilitate training sessions and programs aligned with business needs and learner goals
  • Coordinate multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, managing timelines, stakeholders, and project execution from planning through delivery
  • Create engaging content and resources in partnership with internal and external subject matter experts
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and gather insights to improve program outcomes and learner experiences
  • Research emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to enhance learning design, delivery methods, and organizational impact
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in learning and development or related field
  • Experience designing and/or delivering L&D programming in areas such as professional effectiveness, written communication, manager development, onboarding, and/or financial and technical skills
  • Interest in generative AI (GAI) and its application to learning and development
  • Ability to quickly research and synthesize information and convey it clearly
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills with collaborative problem-solving
