ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT

Affinity Skilled Living is seeking a highly motivated, organized candidate to assist our Admissions Department and Administrative staff. Schedule includes every weekend and one day during the week (Wednesdays preferred).

Candidate will assist the Admissions department by acting as their point person on weekends doing tasks that include: ensuring room readiness for admissions entering the facility on weekends; conducting tours of the facility for loved ones of prospective residents; scanning and organizing admission documents; and other communication tasks with the Director of Admissions throughout the weekend.

The candidate will also receive cross training to assist the Business Office and Reception departments as needed.

Prior experience in a long term care or other healthcare setting needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must.
