Senior Staff Accountant

In this Senior Staff Accountant role, you will support the construction and real estate operations across multiple entities. You'll own key accounting functions, including loan-related entries, job costing, and month-end close, helping ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and drive timely financial insights. • Prepare and post loan closing journal entries
• Manage loan draws and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance through loan reporting and documentation
• Support month-end closing processes for multiple entities
• Maintain job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

• Proven experience in construction and real estate accounting across multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of JDE (mandatory)
• MS Office and Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reporting)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
• Highly organized, technically strong, owns critical accounting functions
