Overview In this role you lead a branch's growth and operations, aligning with our strategy and values. You drive sales, finances, and customer relationships while building a high-performance team. You will implement initiatives locally, manage P&L, and leverage CRM and SAP-based tools to improve results. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes branch performance and customer outcomes in a growing market.
Responsibilities- Lead Outside and Inside Sales efforts and branch administration
- Manage Margin, Inventory, and Supplier relationships; train staff
- Utilize Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools for sales execution
- Implement company initiatives at local and regional levels
- Develop a high-performance culture, engage employees, and facilitate goal-setting conversations
- Make informed decisions with autonomy to advance organizational initiatives
- Develop, execute, and manage a branch business plan and P&L to achieve ROS/NOP growth
- Use SAP CRM reporting to analyze business results and coordinate with corporate on AR, suppliers, marketing programs and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Experience in selling services in a B2B model; capable of group presentations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP or similar system (preferred)
- Experience with territory and sales management techniques

- Ability to work from the Rochester, NY & Orchard Park, NY branches
