Overview As Head of Enterprise Hunter, you will recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team across AMER. You'll shape the go-to-market strategy, drive net revenue and activation targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor Stripe solutions for strategic customers. This role offers the chance to lead a rapidly growing sales function at Stripe, landing new logos and accelerating revenue growth while advancing your team's career growth. You'll operate at scale and influence Stripe's enterprise trajectory.
Responsibilities- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals across the AMER region
- Train the team in pipeline generation, consultative and solution-based selling, and closing tactics
- Develop long-term vision and day-to-day operations for the team
- Be accountable for net revenue and activation targets to grow Stripe's revenue
- Cross-functionally shape Stripe solutions to meet client needs
- Inspire and enable career growth for direct reports
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience as an account executive and/or 5+ years in frontline sales management in technology, SaaS, banking or payments
- Experience training, coaching, and scaling a high-performance sales team
- Ability to build relationships with strategic clients, industry leaders, and channel partners
- Experience in an early-stage, high-growth, technology-forward environment
- Demonstrated passion for Stripe's mission
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to highly technical customers
- Second line management experience is a plus
