Overview As an experienced Recruiter, you will partner with Hiring Leaders to define talent needs, craft sourcing strategies, and drive end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across functions. You will influence screening, interviewing, and selection while advising on marketplace data, offer structures, and negotiations. Serving as a TA subject matter expert, you guide stakeholders through the recruitment process and contribute to a data-driven, efficient talent agenda. This role sits within Whirlpool's Talent Acquisition team, supporting a global leader in home appliances.

Responsibilities- Partner with Hiring Leaders to understand talent requirements across multiple functions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to fill open roles
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for professional-level roles
- Screen, interview, and guide selection processes; provide expert advice to hiring managers
- Provide input on TA process improvements, marketplace data, and offer/negotiation structures
- Serve as TA subject matter expert and advise process stakeholders on recruitment best practices
Key requirements- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for professional-level roles
- 1+ years of sourcing experience (sourcing certifications a plus)
- Experience using CRM and ATS systems
- Experience advising and partnering with hiring managers through TA projects
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree
