Overview In this role, you lead Core Supply Chain transformation programs for Life Sciences clients, guiding SAP S4/HANA initiatives from design to hypercare. You will cultivate executive relationships, shape multi-stakeholder agendas, and drive growth through strategic delivery. You are responsible for end-to-end program leadership, risk and financial oversight, and delivering value through SAP-enabled transformation. Responsibilities- Provide trusted advisory to C-suite and operations/tech leaders on SAP S4/HANA transformations for Life Sciences supply chain
- Expand executive relationships in priority accounts to sustain growth and realize value
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse groups to a shared transformation vision
- Translate ambiguous client situations into clear strategic direction for board-level buy-in
- Anticipate client needs and position Accenture as a strategic partner
- Support sales origination and develop go-to-market assets for SAP Planning offering
- Lead end-to-end SAP programs for Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing
- Oversee cross-partner delivery with influence to keep teams aligned and accountable
- Apply structured problem-solving to break down large transformations into manageable workstreams
- Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across portfolios
- Sell and deliver major transformation programs with deep SAP functionality expertise for Life Sciences
- Use analytics to identify improvement opportunities and benchmark against peers
- Facilitate workshops to improve processes through SAP enablement
- Coach and mentor SAP transformation teams and contribute to capability development
- Build high-performing teams and contribute to practice/assets beyond project delivery
- Travel up to 75% as required
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years of executive leadership experience delivering SAP programs
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially Life Sciences co-innovation modules
- Experience leading project workstreams or client engagements and developing junior staff
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years)
- Strong ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients
- Depth of knowledge around data and AI concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex transformations
- Excellent commercial instincts for growth opportunities and sales origination
- Proven systems thinking across large, cross-functional programs
- Experience facilitating senior leadership workshops and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication for various audiences
- Comfort with high-stakes presentations and narrative storytelling
