Account Specialist (Admin)

In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the account management team, handling mail, data entry, and record-keeping to keep operations efficient. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate databases, enabling smooth account work flow. The position combines clerical duties with spreadsheet-based tasks in a detail-driven environment. You will contribute to reliable administrative processes, within a full-time Honolulu-based team.

• Manage incoming mail: sort, prioritize, and distribute to relevant departments or individuals
• Analyze and filter correspondence to ensure timely handling of important documents
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in databases
• Handle basic clerical duties: filing and organizing documents
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Provide administrative support to the account management team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
