ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 after working in investment planning and financial services, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and long-term strategy into agency ownership. Our team has grown to 11 members, and we're proud to be one of the top-producing agencies in the state.
Outside of the office, I'm a well-known musician on the island and stay deeply involved in the community - coaching youth basketball, serving on the local school board, participating with the food bank, adopting a highway, and sponsoring school events. Giving back is part of who we are, and it's something our entire team takes pride in.

Kit Okazaki - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
