Responsibilities- Deliver full tax services to designated clients in line with firm philosophy
- Review and sign off on tax returns
- Develop and mentor tax staff; participate in recruitment and staffing decisions
- Drive new business through existing and prospective clients and professional networks
- Develop training programs and manage professional staff training
- Maintain quality control and update firm documentation
- Participate in practice development, committees, and firm-wide initiatives
- Oversight of personnel processes related to acquisition, training, retention, and evaluation
Key requirements- 10-15 years of public accounting experience with progression in complexity
- Bachelor in Accounting (or Master in Accounting) and CPA license
- Ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development skills
