Public Accounting Manager - CPA

In this role you will help grow and mature the finance function at a well-funded tech startup, ensuring accurate close processes and robust financial reporting. You will lead consolidation, supervise journal entries, and coordinate tax filings under US GAAP. You will manage external audits and mentor junior team members, shaping scalable financial operations. • Manage month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accuracy of reconciliations
• Lead consolidation activities and review journal entries
• Oversee tax filings and liaise with tax authorities
• Coordinate and manage external audits as primary contact
• Coach and mentor junior accounting staff

• CPA with strong Big 4 experience
• Proficiency with GAAP and large-scale ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Experience in month-end close, consolidation, and external audits
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
