You will translate stakeholder priorities into delivery plans, guide hands-on execution, and partner with business functions to design scalable solutions. You will oversee production support, release planning, and cross-functional integrations to keep platforms reliable. Responsibilities- Lead a global enterprise application engineering team delivering workflow, reporting, and integration solutions across the firm
- Translate stakeholder priorities into enhancements, platform improvements, production support, and release plans
- Design scalable workflow and reporting solutions with business functions (Investor Relations, data sourcing, recruiting)
- Provide hands-on technical delivery leadership for a distributed team across time zones
- Manage delivery of work across employees and consultants, balancing capacity and priorities
- Coach engineering talent and strengthen delivery discipline with the Warsaw-based technical lead
- Collaborate with peers to design reliable integrations with corporate systems
- Oversee production support, incident resolution, maintenance, and release planning
- Improve engineering practices for configuration, customization, integrations, testing, documentation, and deployment
Key requirements- Experience managing engineering teams including hands-on Salesforce expertise
- Leading global technology teams across multiple regions
- Guiding engineering execution, quality standards, delivery planning, and team development
- Managing a portfolio of enhancements, projects, and production support for multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, release management, and application support (Salesforce)
- Translating business needs into technical requirements, plans, priorities, outcomes
- Integrating Salesforce with corporate systems, enterprise data platforms, recruiting and workforce systems, and cloud infrastructure
