Overview

In this role you will lead implementing Workday HR solutions for healthcare clients, applying industry know-how and product expertise. You will work with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and ensure successful deployments. Expect hands-on configuration, data conversion, and testing to meet customer needs. Responsibilities
  • Lead understanding and implementation of HCM and Core Compensation within healthcare deployments
  • Provide industry perspective to ensure deployments reflect current healthcare trends and requirements
  • Apply Workday implementation methodology across engagements
  • Participate in training to expand product knowledge with new Workday releases
  • Attend and lead knowledge-sharing events, mentoring peers and junior consultants
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to Engagement Managers and stakeholders
  • Share insights with the broader consultant community and partner ecosystem
Key requirements
  • Consultant: 2+ years of hands-on HCM experience (Core HCM and Compensation) and 2+ years consulting experience
  • Senior Consultant: 4+ years of hands-on HCM experience (Core HCM and Compensation) and 4+ years consulting experience
  • Significant healthcare industry experience (hospitals or direct patient care)
  • Strong business consulting and strategic acumen; ability to rapidly learn new technologies
  • Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, data conversion, and testing
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (seasonal travel patterns)
