Overview In this role you help shape compensation strategy and programs within a global medical device setting. You will lead design, deployment, and governance of Total Rewards initiatives and partner on acquisition integrations. You'll drive global Workday HCM adoption and ensure compensation plans align with strategic business goals. This is a hands-on, strategic position that collaborates with cross-functional teams to scale rewards programs for a mid-to-large organization.
Responsibilities- Design, implement and administer compensation plans, special projects and related policies in support of business goals
- Act as a strategic thought leader for Total Rewards in acquisition integration and global Workday HCM deployment
- Lead or participate in initiatives that align rewards programs with organizational strategy and scale globally
Key requirements- 3+ years in Total Rewards/.sub-Total Rewards
- 3+ years as a systems super-user
- 3+ years in compensation and HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Experience with data analytics in HR context (preferred)
- Workday experience strongly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration or related field
