Tax Director - National Tax Office (JD Required)

In this role you help shape complex federal tax work at a top accounting and advisory firm. You'll tackle tax issues across entities like partnerships and LLCs, contribute to M&A tax structuring, and educate colleagues through alerts and trainings. • Research and analyze federal income tax issues (e.g., accounting methods, LLCs, partnerships)
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructurings
• Draft emails and memos to stakeholders
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current tax developments
• Assist with firm-wide trainings and knowledge sharing

• JD or LL.M (Tax)
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (National Tax Office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships)
• Strong experience with accounting methods and LLC/partnership tax issues
• Experience at a large accounting firm
