Overview In this role you lead and shape the company's Talent Acquisition function across Corporate, Venue, and Intern programs, building scalable recruiting strategies for multiple business lines. You'll manage and mentor a high-performing TA team, partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders, and drive efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity initiatives. You will develop innovative employer branding and data-driven recruiting programs to attract top talent in a hyper-growth environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on collaboration, impact, and delivering quality hires at scale.

Responsibilities- Lead and execute the overall recruiting strategy for Corporate and Venue teams across multiple functions
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to recruiters, supporting professional development and performance
- Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Manage high-priority and senior-level openings, with willingness to carry requisitions as needed
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR partners on Compensation, HRIS, and HR Business Partners alignment
- Partner with Marketing to develop employer branding initiatives
- Ensure data integrity in hiring processes, including position management and salary equity
- Identify college partnerships, recruiting events, and diversity initiatives to broaden reach
- Oversee external agencies, including contracts and performance management
- Use data to track metrics, trends, and effectiveness of TA strategies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
- 10-14 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in hyper-growth settings (350+ hires/year)
- Experience recruiting for technical and high-volume Food & Beverage roles in tech/entertainment/venue sectors a plus
- Hands-on leadership with deep ATS/HRIS experience and process optimization
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams and drive continuous learning
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection practices
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, ATS, HRIS
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives and hiring managers
- Customer-service oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in-office in LA or Dallas on a hybrid basis; travel up to 25%
