Project Lead - National Sales

Overview

As Project Lead, you will oversee IQVIA Field Coordinators and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives team to promote client-approved products. You will manage contractual obligations, personnel actions, and admin needs while coordinating across IQVIA and client teams to execute integrated solutions. You'll monitor progress with KPIs and keep stakeholders informed through regular updates. This role combines client leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational delivery to drive project success in a healthcare context. You'll work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a clear impact on program outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Main client point of contact for commercial project work
  • Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and business rules
  • Facilitate clear communication to internal and external stakeholders via status reports and meetings
  • Monitor performance/progress using KPIs/scorecards and report to stakeholders
  • Apply operational knowledge to ensure successful project delivery across the lifecycle
  • Identify trends and obstacles to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet deliverables and milestones
  • Manage HR-related actions for IQVIA managers (hiring, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations) and oversee related actions by first-line managers for sales reps
  • Provide administrative oversight and approval of expense reports and ensure policy compliance
  • Coordinate meetings and related logistics
Key requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales
  • 5+ years Sales leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year accredited college or university
  • Ability to communicate with clients to ensure goals are met
  • Strong business acumen and clear reporting to management and clients
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel and work at client and IQVIA offices
