Civil Engineer

In this role you will lead end-to-end civil engineering and land development projects from conception to closeout, driving both project delivery and strategic growth. You will work within a fast-growing, innovation-driven firm in Florida that aims to redefine how infrastructure is delivered. You'll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and agencies, and shape service offerings. This position offers ownership across site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater, with a strong focus on impact and scale.

• Lead total project management across site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater projects
• Oversee all phases: conceptual design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out
• Manage internal project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
• Maintain direct communication with clients, agencies, and contractors
• Drive business development, proposal writing, and client acquisition
• Collaborate on long-term growth strategies, operations, and team development

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed civil engineer
• Strong business mindset and passion for total project management
• Ability to lead projects from conception to closeout
