Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver a global capabilities and learning portfolio with end-to-end project management, budgeting, and vendor collaboration
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback-driven improvement
- Drive an integrated approach combining process, technology, and learning to enable behavior change
- Create end-to-end learning experiences across modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand, job-aids)
- Measure program effectiveness, identify improvements, and implement changes
- Manage resources and budget for effective delivery of Capability & Learning programs
Key requirements- Proven track record designing and delivering learning experiences across multiple modalities that drive business results
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience measuring program effectiveness
- 3+ years of experience in a global organization with cultural and regional awareness
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
