Overview In this Territory Manager role, you drive technical sales for feeder systems to foundries across the Midwest. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align product solutions with customer needs, boosting yield and reducing scrap. You act as the primary liaison, shaping strategy, forecasting, and expanding the feeder business within the region. The role combines field selling with engineering insight to deliver measurable value to automotive, construction, and heavy equipment customers. This is a hands-on, consultative position with meaningful impact on profitability and product adoption.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for feeder products aligned with company goals
- Forecast sales and set performance targets; monitor market and competitor activity
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management to meet customer needs and maximize profitability
- Analyze sales data to support direct sales and distributor efforts
- Meet with key clients, support negotiations, and close deals regularly
- Prepare periodic sales reports on volume and growth opportunities
- Provide direct sales representation and support for Feeder and Auxiliary products
- Plan and coordinate activities with direct sales reps and distributors within the territory
- Manage sales budget and revenue/growth targets for the feeder market in the region
- Coordinate with Business Development, Feeder Specialist, service, and other departments to grow feeder and foundry business
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Commercial Sales
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in industrial sales within foundry industry or foundry supply
- Experience with feeder products and technology preferred
- Understanding of molding/core making, metal processes, gating systems and risering fundamentals
- Experience with simulation software a plus
- Valid driving record and ability to pass background check
- U.S. Passport required or ability to obtain one
- Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
- Travel up to 75%, including overnight stays; passport required for travel to Mexico
