Overview

Join ProSidian as an Environmental Mid-Level Scientist supporting DoD/Military sector engagements through remediation, investigations, and environmental compliance. You'll work within an engagement team to deliver remediation services for USACE districts across Florida and the Caribbean, contributing to base sustainment, modernization, and mission readiness. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare scopes, reports, and compliance documentation, shaping environmental programs for defense projects. This role offers hands-on field and office work with clear impact on environmental outcomes and readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Support environmental remediation activities and investigations
  • Deliver water/wastewater services, industrial hygiene/safety support, and conservation initiatives
  • Contribute to base sustainment, restoration, and modernization efforts
  • Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and statistical reports
  • Assist with environmental compliance evaluation, remediation, and permitting across construction phases
  • Engage in data gathering, database maintenance, and documentation processes
  • Provide technical and administrative support, including repository management and procurement input
Key requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • HAZWOPER certifications and ability to work at environmental/IRP/HTRW sites
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe
  • Experience with environmental data collection/analysis and report preparation
  • Ability to travel CONUS, PR, and Caribbean
  • Security clearance eligibility or potential
  • Experience with EPA standards and hazardous materials handling
