Overview In this role, you will enhance and configure Oracle Sales Cloud for client deployments, including preparing for Salesforce integration. You will work within a cross-functional team to implement and extend Sales Cloud using various Oracle tools and Groovy-based customizations. You will tackle complex data structures, business logic, and integration scenarios (web services, PaaS) to deliver scalable CRM solutions. This is an opportunity to shape how a global client leverages Sales Cloud within its technology stack and drive meaningful improvements.
Responsibilities- Enhance UI and configuration of Oracle Sales Cloud and prepare for Salesforce integration
- Develop complex Groovy scripts to extend built-in functions and enforce validations
- Build and consume Web services and integrations (point-to-point and middleware)
- Work with extensibility tools: Application Composer, Page Composer, Process Composer, Report Composer
- Design and implement complex data structures, business logic, access controls, and object workflows
- Develop Web Service Clients for Oracle Sales Cloud and extend Sales Cloud using PaaS
Key requirements- Oracle Sales Cloud expertise with Groovy scripts, integrations, and web services
- Proficiency in core Web development (Java, XML, CSS, HTML)
- Overall 5-7 years CRM experience including 3-4 Oracle Sales Cloud implementations
- Experience with building interfaces to external applications (point-to-point and middleware)
- Knowledge of Oracle technologies such as OER, ADF, MAF (foundational technical areas)
- Experience with building or extending Sales Cloud via PaaS
- Desirable: experience with media domain clients
