Overview In this role you will shape the global financial strategy for Xylem's Applied Water business. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis while delivering insights to drive growth and efficiency. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance to align plans with corporate objectives and improve performance. This position offers scope to advance BI capabilities and provide data-driven guidance across a global, multi-site organization. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR to ensure alignment with objectives
- Provide financial expertise to cross-functional teams and support strategic decision-making
- Forecast and budget development, monitoring, and adjustment recommendations
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insights
- Support BI-related finance matters including data management, reporting, and performance analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive efficiency and growth
- Ensure timely, high-quality reporting to Senior Management and Corporate HQ
- Drive risk mitigation and highlight unexpected variances with cross-functional execution of opportunities
- Identify areas of success within AW strategy requiring management attention
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve financial processes and systems
Key requirements- 8+ years of FP&A or related experience
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions and levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems/applications
