Overview

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will conduct audits of products and processes in the configuration lab, using defined tools to identify and document issues. You'll analyze root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions, supporting ISO-aligned quality systems. You will report KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our IT services environment. This role sits at the intersection of quality, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality audits on production products and processes in the configuration lab
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and document problems; identify root causes and drive corrective/preventive actions
  • Conduct data analysis and test validations using statistical process control and risk priority number
  • Audit adherence to standard work and workflow processes; document risks and potential errors
  • Administer the non-conforming database for analysis and reporting
  • Assist operations with COPQ tracking
  • Collaborate with technicians and leads to drive quality and continuous improvement including standard work
  • Participate in requirement/design reviews and QA strategy meetings
  • Track CI projects with stats, control analysis/PDCA
  • Submit improvement proposals and participate in CI activities
  • Assist Process Improvement Engineering
Key requirements
  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Working knowledge in Hardware and Software configurations
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access beneficial)
  • Strong attention to detail for quality adherence
  • Problem solver with ability to research, investigate and problem-solve issues with multiple people
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and ability to apply requirements
