Overview As North America Sales Manager you will steer sales strategy and revenue growth across the region for turbine products. You'll lead cross functional collaboration to translate market insights into action and shape customer engagement. The role combines strategic planning with hands on deal execution, targeting profitable growth in power generation markets. You'll work with a regional sales team and across engineering, contracts, and services to close complex opportunities. This is a high impact role with visibility and room to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer strategies to align needs with internal goals
- Cultivate and maintain strategic customer relationships and manage pricing, margin, and growth targets
- Forecast revenue for profit plan, long-range plan, and quarterly outlook
- Lead negotiation strategies for initial and renewal contracts in collaboration with Contract Operations
- Monitor sales performance and drive improvements across the sales funnel
- Maintain and develop a qualified opportunity pipeline aligned with growth objectives
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, contracts, and services to execute complex solutions
- Lead account reviews, SQRDC scorecards, and risk identification
- Create and manage customer gameboards and heatmaps to inform engagement plans
- Develop and communicate market intelligence to adjust sales tactics
- Ensure strategic sales planning and market analysis inform decision making
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive decision makers at customer organizations
- Drive cross functional collaboration and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
Key requirements- 4+ years of domain experience for Level 2; 7+ years for Level 3
- Turbomachinery controls and operation awareness
- Industry knowledge of power generation and/or oil and gas
- Strong commercial judgment and technical understanding of turbine applications
- Proven ability to forecast revenue and manage complex negotiations
- Experience leading sales teams and cross functional initiatives
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans
