Overview

In this role you drive strategy and growth for Vertiv's largest global accounts, acting as the executive interface to shape a global plan that meets customer and corporate objectives. You lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact, focusing on revenue expansion through innovative product solutions and expanded services. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to build credibility and lasting relationships, influencing decisions in matrixed environments. This role offers strategic influence across regions and lines of business in a data-centric, technology-enabled context.

Responsibilities
  • Lead growth and lifecycle management for Global Data Center accounts with a focus on long-term strategic value
  • Serve as the primary executive interface across headquarters, regions, and business units
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to boost satisfaction and retention
  • Create and execute short- and long-term account strategies aligned to financial targets
  • Identify and expand new opportunities within accounts and adjacent markets
  • Lead strategic account planning, value proposition development, and sales execution strategies
  • Drive executive-level communications with data-driven insights and business justification
  • Coordinate cross-functional contract execution and delivery of products/services per requirements
  • Maintain disciplined opportunity management in CRM and ensure forecasting visibility
  • Support global portfolio initiatives, innovation programs, and R&D alignment
Key requirements
  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • 10+ years' experience in a Sales/Account Leadership role with high-profile accounts
  • Proven ability to close complex transactions through influence with multiple decision makers
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform under pressure with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
