Physician Recruiter

As a Physician Recruiter at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, you help build the medical staff needed to deliver high-quality care across our communities. You work closely with operational, clinical, and executive leaders to shape recruitment plans that align with organizational goals. You will manage end-to-end physician and APP recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, and drive strategy for hard-to-fill specialties. • Manage full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Develop recruitment strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill specialties
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Coordinate site visits, interviews, and contract processes
• Represent the health system at national conferences and recruitment events
• Maintain accurate reporting and recruitment metrics

• 3+ years physician recruitment experience (health system or firm preferred)
• Strong understanding of physician compensation models and contracts
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
