Overview In this role you will optimize payroll operations for a global workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting complex system integrations. You will provide technical payroll support for ADP platforms and Workday, focusing on data integrity and secure access. You'll contribute to SOX-compliant processes, change management, and cross-system reporting to drive reliable payroll outcomes. Responsibilities- Provide technical support for ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager
- Manage user access, security roles, and permission structures within ADP systems
- Document payroll processes, log files, and change controls per SOX requirements
- Participate in change management, testing configurations, and pre/post-deployment audits
- Design, create, and run custom/ad-hoc reports in ADP; analyze payroll data with SQL
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations between ADP, Workday, and other systems; troubleshoot APIs
- Support end-to-end payroll operations for domestic and international employees
- Participate in payroll module implementations, upgrades, and mergers/acquisitions
- Collaborate with ADP and third-party vendors to manage tickets and assess new systems or partners
Key requirements- 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree (or 12+ years total experience)
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager
- Technical expertise with HCM systems (Oracle, Workday, UKG) and integrations
- Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting
- Proven API development and troubleshooting for system integrations
- Experience with global payroll operations, tax filings, and multi-currency processing
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and working with audits
- Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations and manage vendor relationships
